Rules
1. Your site must currently be online...seriously.2. You must have a decent knowledge of HTML.
3. A good layout (something that both looks good and can be navigated easily) that is made by you.
4. No stolen layouts.
5. You must update your site often (this doesn't mean that I expect you to update your site once a week, but often enough for me to know that you're not dead).
6. If I decide to host you, I'll e-mail you within a week.
7. And if hosted, a link back to this domain is required.
8. Also, leave me some sort of comment about yourself and your site. Cause it makes me happy.
What you receive:
- 100 MBs of space- A subdomain (yoursite.serene-chaos.net)
- An e-mail forward (upon request)
- CGI, PHP
- MySQL database (upon request)
- Your own FTP account
